The 2010 China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Expo Opens
In the golden October, the attractive Ceramic City is full of the aura of fall. The 1.58 million of the citizen witnessed the opening of The 2010 China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Expo, the streets and roads are filled by the happiness of the event. On the morning of Oct. 18th, the China Ceramic Museum Square, located in the new city zone, is full of guests and the opening ceremony of the 2010 China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Expo would be held here. At 9:50, amongst the warmly applauses, Zhou Tienong the vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress announced “The 2010 China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Expo opens!”. The square was filled with the sound of the salvo and music, and it became the sea of happiness.

As released, this expo is held together by the Commerce Ministry of China, China Light Industry Union, China International Tread Promotion Committee and Jiangxi Government, and 6 expos had been successfully held since 2004. The 2010 China Jingdezhen International Ceramic Expo is the 7th, duration is 18th -22nd Oct. in China Ceramic Museum. This expo follows the concept of “newer organization, broader influence, better effect”, and focuses on establishing the exhibit base, emphasis on the culture and provide a commercial platform. There are over 620 exhibitors attending this expo, more than 3000 of purchasers and traders in and abroad. The exhibitors include all the well-known enterprises from Chinese ceramic zones and ceramic countries. The products shown on the expo include the art ceramic, high-tech ceramic, industrial ceramic, electric ceramic, constructional sanitary ceramic and ceramic machines, raw materials and packaging materials. There are totally 1249 booths in this expo, separated into local ceramic zone, high-tech ceramic zone, international special zone, current international ceramic art zone, completion zone, tea set and tea art zone, combined zone, ten well known ceramic furnace topic zone and ceramic package zone, innovation zone and ceramic Guiness zone etc. In addition, during the Ceramic Expo time, it will held 2010 Jingdezhen high technical ceramics international forum and the 16th national high technical ceramics academic annual meeting , economy and trade meeting, 2010 jingdezhen crockery innovation games, ceramics Guiness top of the world challenger, the third edition of Jingdezhen international art ceramic auction, the eighth ceramic art hundred Flowers awards election, 2010 Jingdezhen international ceramic “expo awards” election, the third edition Jindezhen international arts ceramic auction, millennium kiln flame transmit and “three ceramic sage” public memorial service, 2010 China collection ten famous art ceramic election etc. All the activities would related to study and discussion, trading, cultural exchange.
