On October 2nd , 2024, in order to help the construction of the "Belt and Road" and the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the Beijing International Peace Culture  Foundation was invited by the Langfang Municipal Government to carry out a cooperation investigation in the development of the airport economic zone and in the fields of science and technology, culture and tourism, agriculture, health, and pension industries.

Mayor Liu Yuan of Langfang gave a detailed introduction to the unique geographical location of Langfang to Zhao Jiaqi, Honorary President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, and Li Ruohong, President of the Foundation. Langfang is located in the key area of Beijing& Tianjin&Hebei integration, with moderate distance from Tongzhou, Daxing Airport, and Capital Airport. This advantageous geographical location has laid a solid foundation for its development. In recent years, Langfang's economy has flourished and occupies an important position in the regional economy. At the same time, Langfang has also hosted numerous large-scale technological, commercial, and cultural events, such as the International Biennial, which demonstrate Langfang's level of activity and development potential in the cultural field. Under the new development situation, Langfang hopes to further increase external exchanges and enhance its development level. As an official partner of UNESCO, the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation provides a high-quality platform with abundant international cooperation resources. Through in-depth cooperation between the two sides, it is expected to contribute to the development of Langfang.

Zhao Jiaqi and Li Ruohong, leaders of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, stated that in their past work, the foundation has had close exchanges and interactions with Langfang. During this inspection, the leaders of the foundation witnessed the new development trend and gratifying achievements of Langfang in cultural tourism, education, agriculture, and health bases,wished to further increase interaction and cooperation with Langfang in the future, fully leverage the Foundation’s own advantages, and make efforts for the coordinated development of Beijing&Tianjin&Hebei.

The inspection activity also involved leaders from Langfang City's cultural, radio, and tourism industries, as well as leaders from Yitian Group. Leaders from the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, including Li Honghai, Wang Landong, Yang Huishi, and Wang Hongzhuan, also participated in the investigation. All parties expressed their willingness to contribute to the development plan and hoped that the integration of peace culture public welfare and Langfang's development could play a role in the coordinated development of Beijing&Tianjin&Hebei.
