On the afternoon of October 28, Dr. Li Ruohong, President of the China World Peace Foundation, met with H.E.Mr. Dwiel BELIZAIRE, Representative of the Haitian Trade Development Office in China, and Mr. John Peter Cesar, Counselor, at the Peace Garden Museum in Beijing.
