Visit enterprises in Shandong

China-Chile Friendship Association visits local large-scale enterprises

　　During Jul 11th to Jul 14th, 2013, China-Chile Friendship Association, led by Mr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of China World Peace Foundation, and Luis Schmidt, H.E. Chilean Ambassador to China, visited Shandong province for promoting the exchanges and cooperation between two countries. They were warmly welcomed by local governments and entrepreneurs.

　　The delegation held meetings with local governments and entrepreneurs respectively in Jinan, Qingdao and Linyi. Their talks involved in many areas like steel, machinery, construction, building materials, energy, agriculture, food, light industry, sports, tourism and global sourcing, etc. These influential entrepreneurs in Shandong who show great interest in doing business in Chile expressed their willingness to make contributions toward the friendly exchange and economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries. They also made serious discussion on cooperative projects. China-Chile Friendship Association also paid visit to local factories, bases and markets.

　　The delegation was attracted by Shandong kites. When flying kites at the beach, they donated to the disadvantaged groups, practicing diplomacy into actual life. When H.E. Chilean Ambassador and Mr. Li Ruohong saw the young Chinese party members holding activities under the flying party flag, they went ahead, talked with them and took group photos with them, so as to express their great respect toward China’s prosperity and development under the leadership of CPC.
