At the invitation of Croatia and Morocco, Li Ruohong, Chairman of China World Peace Foundation, together with delegation from Beijing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, paid visits to Croatia and Morocco on April 14th and April 21st respectively.This delegation has talked with Josip Leko, the deputy speaker of Croatian parliament and Andrija Karafilipovic, chairman of Croatia-China Friendship Association respectively. Both sides have reviewed and prospected people-to-people exchanges between two countries, and decided to hold a photo exhibition in June at BPAFFC, for the 20th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries. The delegation also visited the hometown of Tito who is an old friend of Chinese people, and laid flowers at the statue.

During the visit in the Kingdom of Morocco, accompanied by the charge d’affairs of China’s embassy to Morocco, the delegation has talked with Fathallah Oulaalo, the mayor of Rabat in the Kingdom of Morocco, Karim Arcari, the secretary-general of Moroccan Ministry of Youth and Sports, and chairman of Morocco-China Friendship Association respectively. They discussed related projects and activities regarding how to improve the friendly exchanges between cities of the two countries and how to promote the youth, sports and healthcare development in the two countries. This peace of journey, for which Chairman Zhao Jiaqi was entitled the head, and standing Vice-Chairman Li Xiaoqiang the deputy head, was joined by principals of BPAFFC, the presidents of Jingneng Group and Shounong Group. This journey would drive the construction of Beijing as a world city, as well as the cultural and economical cooperation between China and Croatia, China and Morocco.Jaafar Alj Hakim
