On April 10th , Dr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, was invited to attend the West Nordic Day celebration event jointly organized by the Icelandic Embassy in China, the Faroe Islands Representative Office in China, and the Greenland Representative Office in China.

The event site is full of the vitality of multicultural collision and integration. The Icelandic Ambassador to China, H.E. Mr. Thorir Ibsen, the Faroe Islands Representative to China, H.E. Mr.Aki Johansen, and the Greenland Representative to China, H.E.Mr. Jacob Isbosethsen, warmly exchanged ideas with Chairman Li Ruohong and other guests from all walks of life present, sharing the investment and construction prospects of the three island countries in tourism, green energy and marine technology, sustainable aquatic products and other fields.

The successful hosting of this event has laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation between the three countries of West Nordic and China in multiple fields. The door to new dialogue and cooperation is slowly opening, and the future is promising.
